HomeKit Data

ACRemote uses Apple HomeKit to communicate with your air conditioning devices. All HomeKit data is managed by Apple's HomeKit framework and stays within Apple's secure ecosystem. We do not have access to your HomeKit data, device configurations, or home setup.

Network Communication

The app communicates directly with your AC devices through Apple HomeKit on your local network. No data is sent to our servers or any third-party services.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. There are no third-party trackers embedded in the app.

In-App Purchases

Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Support Form

If you contact us through our website support form or email, we may retain your email address and message content solely to respond to your inquiry. This information is not shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age.
